Dubai
- We deliver in Dubai 7 days a week
- Our Delivery timings run from 11:00am-10:00pm everyday (apart from Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm).
- SAME DAY DELIVERY, If you place your order before 12 pm.
- If you miss the 12pm deadline you will receive your products the next day. We do have Express Delivery to speed things up, check it out below.
- If you place your order after 12 pm and still want delivery the same day, we provide an Express Delivery Service for an additional 60 AED. Express delivery is within 4 hours of your order.
- 30 AED delivery charge if your order is below 400 AED. Orders receive Free Delivery above 400 AED!
- Our driver will confirm the location by WhatsApp or phone call to ensure delivery to the correct location.
- Once we receive your order you will receive a call to schedule your order, so please double-check you enter the correct contact information and delivery address at the checkout.
- To avoid any delays in delivery, please provide correct contact and address information.
Abu Dhabi City and all other Emirates
- For all other Emirates we use a courier service who aim to deliver within 48 hours (they don’t deliver on Friday’s), they will contact you by phone to schedule your delivery.
- We charge a Flat Delivery Rate of 30 AED.
- Delivery timing is from 10 am till 8 pm.
- Our courier will confirm the location by WhatsApp or phone call to ensure delivery to the correct location.
